4) Friend - Leonard HENLEY in trust for the benefit of daughter Sarah E. BOUGHAN, the land upon which Edward R. BOUGHAN now lives. The land may not be subject ot any debts of Edward R. BOUGHAN. The land is to pass to the lawful issue of Sarah E. BOUGHAN upon her death.
5) Portions of his estate called GATEWOODS and BOHANNONS.

BOUGHAN, Lucy Ann married Spotswood "Spot" STEWART, James "Jemmie" married Leonard HENLEY'S daughter by his first marriage, Thomas never married, lived with his sister Sarah at their home place and taught school in Essex County.
